Natural results, more dense, regeneration of the donor area, without pain, and very fast recovery time is our strength
FUE removes all follicles using a needle measuring 0.75 – 1 mm. This method results in the possibility of large scarring, and the possibility of regeneration of the donor area (follicles that are taken back to grow) is very small, the donor area is practically destroyed. PL-FUT (HASCI Hair Transplant) is the only method that ensures regrowth of the donor area at 97.7%. No more destroyed donor area.
Who can use HASCI Hair Transplant?
In theory, this method can be used by everyone who needs a hair transplant. To be sure, you can meet with one of our doctors who will assess and explain the benefits of our technique for you. In certain situations, hair transplantation may not be the best way out, and in such situations, we do not recommend using our method.
Yes, and actually our method was developed for hair transplantation in scar tissue. Our doctors and technicians have very high experience in this area.
Yes, our method is suitable for treating burns.
Yes, our method can also be used for eyebrows, beards and mustaches. The demand for this service also continues to increase every year.
Curly hair cannot be transplanted in most cases because the hair follicles that are owned are also meandering. This results in the difficulty of retrieving graft accurately. Please consult directly with one of our doctors to find out for sure whether your hair can be transplanted or not.
Previous transplant history is not a problem for us. But it is possible that you have very few donor areas, limiting the number of graft we can take. For cases like this, we advise you to meet directly with our doctors so they can assess your situation.
Consultation
The amount of treatment depends on the size of the area to be transplanted. We will assess and give a definite amount when you do a free consultation. In general, one treatment is enough, but there are times when some treatment is needed.
At present, the cost per treatment depends on the number of grafts transplanted. Each graft can produce 1-3 even 4 strands of hair. The number of normal hairs produced per graft is 2.5, so the number of hair after 1200-1400 grafts is around 3500 strands. However, the amount of graft we can take depends on the quality of the skin and hair follicles, the size of the donor area, the presence or absence of scars, and the client’s needs.
Consultation and treatment will be carried out by our doctors and medical nurses who have gone through training and certification for at least 1 year.
Preparation
Should the hair be shaved before treatment or allowed to grow? If you want the donor area to be covered after treatment, we recommend that you let your back and side hair grow to a minimum of 8 cm. The maximum results will be achieved by shaving the entire head, although this is not usually done on women.
Hair planting
HASCI/PL-FUT Hair Transplants will generally take one day, starting from 7:30 am to 5 pm. In the morning you will lie face down for graft collection. After that, there will be a break where you will enjoy lunch and relax for a while. After lunch, we will make a hole in the receptor area and plant the graft that we have taken. During this process, you will sit up straight. Additionally, you can watch a movie and also take time off.
No, you will not feel anything while the procedure is running. Local anesthesia will be given to support the Hair Transplant process. Drs. Gho himself has developed a truly painless anesthetic, specifically for HASCI Hair Transplant.
The amount of graft needed depends on the degree of your baldness that will be adjusted to your needs. In addition, the amount of hair that can be planted depends on the area of the donor area and whether there is scarring in that area.
The tendency of bleeding, hair color, skin structure are also the determining factors. Under normal circumstances, around 3000 grafts (with an average of 2.5 hairs per graft = 7500 strands of hair) can be planted one way.
In areas that are completely bald, 30-35 graft can be planted in 1 cm² one way. If necessary, re-treatment can be done in the area and increase the density to 50 graft per cm².
Results
The wounds caused by HASCI Hair Transplant are so small that the healing process is barely visible. After 4 days, you will be able to wash your hair as normal, and we know from our experience that at this time, in general, no effects will be seen. After seven to ten days, all traces of hair implantation will be completely gone.
Because the needle we use is only 0.6 mm, there will be no visible scars and you can choose the hair style you like.
In theory, all transplanted hair will survive. In practice, the graft will be very vulnerable in the first few days after planting, and you might lose some. You can reduce this risk by following our advice. 95.9% is the officially documented survival rate of transplanted follicles after PL-FUT (HASCI Hair Transplant) procedure.
Optimal hair planting results will be seen after 9 months. Implanted graft will immediately grow immediately after planting, but due to variations in the phase of hair growth, some growth will be delayed, and even some will look loss.
But you don’t need to worry, because even if the transplanted hair falls out, the hair root tissue is still in the transplant site, and will grow new hair after the fall phase is complete.
Due to the above phases, we waited 9 months to assess the final state of the transplanted hair.
The hair planted is taken from a donor area which is not easily influenced by hormones. This quality remains even if the hair is transplanted, so the transplanted hair will not fall out.
The exception to this condition is alopecia areata which affects all hair on the scalp. Other conditions that affect the entire hair on the head, such as chemotherapy will also make hair fall out.
However, we know from experience that after the therapy is finished, hair will grow back, including those transplanted.
The transplanted hair will survive, but real hair that may still be present in the recipient area will still fall out, so you might see thinning. This can be corrected by re-treating the area to restore hair thickness.
After the treatment
You can wash and dry your hair 4 days after the procedure, and dye and curl 1 month after treatment. As an alternative, you can dye your hair 1 day before treatment.
Although you can start your activities immediately after treatment, we advise you to avoid strenuous physical activity in the first 2 weeks after treatment.
You can immediately get on a plane after treatment. Meanwhile, we advise you not to be in the sun too long before all the small scars disappear, to speed healing. Additionally, you can check our offers for foreign patients here
Yes, because you will not be given drugs that affect your ability to drive a vehicle.
